Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place for this notice. I have an almost new 1.1 italic stub nib available free to a fellow Lamy enthusiast. I bought this to try in my Safari as a change from my EF nib, but it's too broad for my liking. It is available to FPN members in Canada and the continental USA. I will pay to ship it without tracking via Canada Post to the person who sends me the most interesting request by next Wednesday (Ap.19, 2017). Regards
I started this fountain pen thing about seven years ago. I had decided I would not worry about Stubbs and italics as things are complicated enough already. Boy do I regret that now. What what are the brands of the pens that offer Stubbs and italics? Cheers, Adam
I just would like to let you know that I went and did it, started this new hobby! I bought an FPR Dilli Flex, Serwex 1362 Stub, Muji lookalike notebooks, Parker Quink Black and a complementary Serwex 101 pen from FPR! Here's a video I made and would like to show you guys. I have been using the nib customization services of Pendleton Brown for a couple of years now. I thought it was past time for me to post some samples of his fine work. In my opinion Pendleton is a living treasure. Invariably when I send him a pen it comes back to me writing much better. Some times it is like a different pen altogether the improvement is so great. I have gotten the full gamut of customization work from him, soft stubs and super crisp italics on both hard and flexible nibs.
