Hello, I originally posted this at the nibs section, but as I did not get a reply, decided to post it here as well. I have this P580/Celebry and the tines are not in line and need to be adjusted, the feed is off center and that seems to be the reason, my question is how to remove the nib and feed to correct the problem??? Best regards.
Hi, I recently bought a Pelikan Celebry but it seems the nib rotates in situ - will not come out but it does rotate which is mildly irritating. Is there anything I can do to affix nib to section? Tried turning to see if it screws in but no luck. Is there an adhesive that will work or do I get a new nib unit? Your assistance is, as ever, much appreciated. Roger
misterwasem posted a topic in PelikanHey folks, This is my first post on the network and I'm dying for some input. A friend of mine gave me a Pelikan Celebry his family received as a gift from a German exchange student. It wasn't treated well and was headed for the trash until he found out I was a pen addict. It has a broad nib and writes beautifully after a few priming lines. But, when it sits (even for a short period of time) with the cap on, ink leaks below the nib at the base of where I hold the pen. There is clearly a chip on the pen which you should be able to see in the picture. Currently it has a black Kaweco sport
