Montblanc boutiques in London

Is there anywhere I can find a list of Montblanc boutiques in London? Can't seem to find anything on the internet. I go to London from time-to-time and it would be very useful to know where the boutiques and stockists were so I can find one on my route as I don't often have much time to deviate between appointments and trains etc.

The one I go to is on New Bond Street, just off Piccadilly, next to the Omega boutique. There is a DeBeers which you'll pass and there is also an official Rolex boutique. This is near the Ritz and St. James Sq Rolex RSC.

The other is the pen dept @ Harrods, Knightsbridge. You can also try, the not as well stocked, or as nice pen dept @ Selfridges which is far more pedestrian imho.

I think the boutique on New Bond Street is a flagship boutique, so they should be well stocked, and you may find items there that yo wouldn't anywhere else in London.

As you probably know Darius, they have an entire section dedicated to the LE POAs and other LEs. Some beautiful pieces on display whenever I used to go in :)

I haven't been to London since 2003. I like to go to the boutique in New Bond Street whenever I am in London. But as I understand, the boutique was refurbished and re-opened since my last time there. I'd like to see the new look.

Well they also have a "secret" room where they keep the RARE (100 and less) limited editions! and a big table for negotiations or just to sit and enjoy the pens they bring to you :)

I call it secret as the entrance looks like a wall which should be moved to enter the room.

As it turns out, the manager of the boutique in Chicago said that it is in fact a flagship when I stopped by the other day. I suppose I expected to see more rare editions whilst there than the usual POA 4180 and Writer's editions. They do have editions of 100 or less occasionally, just not (I think) all the time.

They actually have the "secret" room too! I had not noticed it before they invited me in to view the Chaplin. The door looks like a wall when closed, and there is a table for viewing and/or negotiating, but it is not very large. They do not keep the pens there, unfortunately, but instead their more high-end jewelry. All of their very rare pens not on display they keep in the safe in the back, where I have not been. :(

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
