Super micro scuffs on Jinhaos, Moonman and Hongdian

I have a bunch of Hongdians, Jinhaos and Moonman. In the acrylic versions of them (like P136) I have noticed some super micro scuffs. I store the pens in the AliExpress "48 pen cases" from oxford cloth (it's like jeans). Can these micro scuffs be caused by this fabric or it is due to the nature of the cheap acrylic? Can they buffed out?

Those are OK for what they are.  I have several and they serve the purpose for my needs.  At the same time, I do not have a bunch of grail level pens that I am trying to keep pristine.  I haven't noticed any damage to a pen's barrel or cap from being moved around in the elastic bands in these cases.  The cover and the backing seem to be fine, it's the strap holding the pen that would be an issue if there was one.

Because I have one, it seems that they leave a residue on resin pens. It's soft, not scratching, more tight bands, but with this kind of residue.
