Hi all,

I wondered if anyone knows where I might find a bottle or two of Sailor Jentle Peche? I know it's discontinued, but someone here might know where I could find some. Thank you so much! Also, I welcome any closer dupes for this ink too, if you know of any. Again, my thanks to you.

Hi I found some listed on a website the other day for the original retail price of 12.5$ so I will send you a PM with the info!

unfortunately no sky high :/ I haven't seen a bottle at the original retail price anywhere. There was one bottle on Amazon recently for somewhere between 40 and 50$ but I just checked again and it's already gone. I will definitely PM you if I notice any bottles listed anywhere.

There are four bottles listed on Ebay @ the moment. They are $15.90 & $5.50 shipping to US or Canada & are from a seller in Malaysia. I have not bought anything from there but if you don't find it elsewhere there isn't much lost @ that price. Roughly $20. isn't a lot more than the original $12.50 price with shipping costs added.

Well, I'm thrilled to say that I am now 4 bottles richer of Peche, thank you sooooo much to the lovely Bstnnyc!! :notworthy1:

Peche has been my favorite color every since I to my first bottle 2-3 years ago.

 

To bad they discontinued it.

Sadly with the onnago-iro days ink currently temporarily unavailable theres no alternatives for the peach and apricot colors... Maybe bungbox will have them but the apricot like color is a seasonal ink from bungbox

As for peach... I dunno i havent been looking at the shades of pink from sailor lines

Somehow, and I may be wrong, it could be down to the fact that all these Sailor special edition inks are created by a man. An elderly Japanese man at that. Pink just may not be in his regular repertoire.

 

Pilot's Iro inks on the other hand, being the brain child of a woman, are full of pinks, purples and magentas.

      Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

      It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

      Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

      Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

      @asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
