Pilot Justus 95

Thank you very much! I was quite hesitant at first because I only used to buy rhodium trim pens, but the smooooth buttery nib just make me forget about that.

FPGeeks has a great comparison video between the Justus and the Metal Falcon. In my opinion, the justus is just as flexible as the falcon without any skipping or railroading issues, and the added option of making the nib stiffer for casual writing.

It's a really smooth nib, but whenever I try to flex it just railroads epically. I set the knob to full hard and gave up trying to get any meaningful variation.

I have the exact same pen too! I love it! It writes smoothly, although if given a second chance I would have chosen an F nib instead of an FM nib for a stronger line variation.

Nice review, and pretty good penmanship too! I was considering the Justus when shopping for a new pen late last year, but ended up with a Sailor instead. While I don't regret the decision to get one at all, this makes me seriously consider getting a Justus as well. Some time later on, though, as I'm self-enforcing moderation in my expenses

 

Out of curiosity, how long did it take Engeika to ship here to the Philippines? I've been eyeing their online store for a while now since they have really good prices, but... yeah

Don't forget about the Falcon bends down on the upstrokes which can scare some people. (Like me)

The ink flow on mine isn't good enough for flexing. I've used it for quite some time, so it can't be an issue with the converter. Anyone got any ideas?

It might help if you tell us what ink you're using. Some are better in a flex nib than others.

Great review, couldn't agree more about rhodium trim, and at the price you got it it's much more palatable!
