What Parkers Are You Working With Today?

If you've seen a couple of my posts in the past couple days you won't be surprised to know

that it's been this one. I think you can even see some DC Supershow Blue in there. I'm still

working on the love for the smaller Demi size but after a nuclear flush it's writing a wet, smooth

wider findium line. It has a couple small desk lines on it but otherwise, at least to

me, the frosting looks pretty good. You can't see it but it's got a nice shape jewel too.

Parker 65 Insignia (gold fill). Have been using it every day since I got the new converter for it. Quink Blue/Black.

a wonderful nassau green with 14K gold trim which was made in 45 3rd quarter.

an ordinary yellowstone 51 come with a M nib,1946

and also, a handmade maki-e lot which's made by myself,with two cran & raden inlay.

What a fun thread! My go-to pens today were a 51 aero demi in teal with Luxury Blue and a fine nib and a Navy Blue 51 demi with Noodler's Blue-Black and a fine nib. Both are excellent writers.

New, to me that is, Parker 75 Insignia with some basic Quink Black.

A Parker 61 RG Cap, black barrel and a smoothed away dart insert.

 

 

Best pen in the whole wide world, possibly.

Don't I feel alone! I am using a Stainless Steel Sonnet w/ 14k Fine nib, inked currently with Noodler's Bulletproof Bad Blue Heron. Awesome combo, writes on the waxy receipt paper at work.

I a newbie. Have a strong fascination for Parker Duofold Big Reds!

These days i am busy with the Vintage Awesome Threesome. All have double bands in the cap. The Senior (5.5 Inches) and the Junior (4.5 Inches) have been procured locally in India. The small dude was obtained from England. All in great shape and working condition (fortunately!!)

 

The other one is the contemporary Big Red Centennial Edition which i recently pruchased. (Awesome Pen i bet!)

For me, I have two Parker inked this time :

- a black 51 aerometric, a common one, with a gold plated cap.

- a 1990 Centennial Duofold, marbled blue.

Special Edition new pen at the bottom is a beatiful pen. I guess that will be on the top of my list to buy next pen...

Hi,

 

At the moment a couple of English Duofolds, a Blue Maxima and a Green Standard.

 

Also have a Marbled Blue Duofold International inked up at home.

Not today but yesterday. Blue pearl Vac stubbed beautifully by farmersmums. The writing experience with that pen is simply delightful. However, I wasn't watching, the pen had a little ink blurp on the desk and my sleeve made acquaintance with the puddle of ink. And it's bulletproof ink! That's the second of my suit jackets to have made an unfortunate acquaintance with Noodlers. My love for fountain pens is certainly causing me some wardrobe distress.
