I just wanted to share this since I love pinks and purples but sometimes it is hard to find just the right light shade of pink or purple ink.

I don't have an exact formula for this. It is mostly water with a few drops of DMP. I just test it in the pen and use a syringe to add another drop of ink or water as needed.

If you want to try this I highly recommend starting with a very small batch. Either a sample vial or directly into the converter is what I like to do.

Well, that's interesting.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I was debating buying another pink ink, but when I diluted this I found I could make it into the exact color I was wanting on that particular day. So much fun!

      ...random aside - I still have some 30 rolls of unused, long-expired Kodachrome 64 film (35mm). They have been frozen since 2009. No idea why I have held on to them for this long, but I guess I'm hoping for a miracle. I too have never developed colour film but I still d&p my B&W to this day. As a passion, of course.
