Greetings and Salutations fellow FPN'ers :)

this is my first attempt at selling anything (anywhere ) so please bear with me.

to date i've been more of an "accumulator" than a "collector" according to my significant other...

to make a long story short... i've been going through a bit of a rough patch lately,

and can use a little help from the fine people here...

I'm kinda down on my luck...so things are pretty tight for me right now...

and as they say "desperate times call for desperate measures..."

I had originally bought these pens and inks to use or give as gifts to friends...

(thought they'd make great "starter" fountain pens...)

but now i'm selling whatever i can to try to make ends meet.

what i have are the following fountain pens...most are new and have only been "dry" tested for nib smoothness,

with the exceptions that have been used (only once) being listed below.

Where did you get all those Chelpark colors from?

The full range is not available even in India!

Btw I also have one Hero 343, and I was pretty surprised to find that it came with an oblique nib.

Actually...I got them in India!

Most pen stores don't seem to carry the full line.

In fact, many dont even bother to carry fountain pen ink or fountain pens at all.

If they do, then the range is very limited.

Seems that pretty much no one wants "ink pens" (as they call fountain pens there)...

But I managed to find one store that had them.

And was surprised this was kinda new stock too (manufactured less than a year ago).

Initially I bought only a couple of them...turquoise blue and crimson violet...and was pretty satisfied.

I was also able to mix them to make some nice purples ranging from light to deep rich.

So decided to get the whole range to use here.

Unfortunately, I have to sell them :(

Your Hero 343 has an oblique nib?

Wow, interesting...I havent used the Hero 343...but it looks like a normal nib to me.

I managed to get Tuquoize Blue and Crimson Violet from different stores, and the store keeper were not even aware. LOL

I am looking out for Sapphir Blue though - not seen that one.

Hero-I think my nib was not properly manufactured. Its just hta i realized that its slightly oblique, if I never knew about this oblique thingie, I would've said the nib sux. LOL

i love both the turquoise blue and crimson violet.

and want to get them again.

also, i tried, but wasnt able to find the sapphire blue but couldnt...

but i may be able to get some more inks next month...

hopefully a sapphire blue will be in the lot ;) .

main problem is that almost no one has fp ink in stock...

usually when you start to asking about FP ink...they immediately shake their head no.

it's kinda like going to your local staples and asking for private reserve or noodlers ;).

btw, do you know of any other colors in their line?

o.k....one more attempt to see if anyone wants any of the pens i've still got.

also, i can't say for certainty the nib widths of the pens...

so thought i'd post a writing sample of a few of them...in comparison to a ball point.

(sorry 'bout the poor handwriting.)

post-3150-1189566171_thumb.jpg

all three pens, the ricoh, montex, and gold pattern write pretty good and solidly.

i'd say the gold pattern and ricoh are a bit wider than the montex...more like a M vs. F (?)

the pens actually write wetter than i thought they would.

the gold/black also writes nicely upside down,

with the ricoh, and montex being a bit "toothy" in that position (the montex more notably).
