Italix Closing Out Stock

This may not be news to anyone, but was just looking on Mr Pen/Italix site and Parson’s Essental is now sold out and no more being made.  Mr. Ford the proprietor has retired and I think he was the one who did all the custom nib work for the line.  The web site has been announcing they intend to sell down stock on hand for well over a year now, looks like they are finally getting down to their last pieces.

That's the one I have as well, I wanted a reasonably priced pen with an italic nib that I could play around with shimmer inks and such, it's quite a nice serviceable little pen.
