It is a Pelikano school pen. Pelikan made those between 1969 and 1973. They use cartridges.

Yes! It is a good looking pen. I waffled between the green and the blue and ultimately chose the blue, but sometimes I see clips of the green ones and wonder if I made the right choice.

  The green and the grey ones are also stunning, for sure.

  I take a perverse pleasure in fitting gold nibs onto clones I like. I finally got on the Jinhao 80 bandwagon after seeing that there’s a blue one with gold furnishings (and the lovely brown one, but this is a blue thread).

This pen arrived yesterday evening. Leonardo Dodici. #8 gold stub nib. LE 027/100.

 

 

 

Yes. It has 12 facets.

 

I'm about to ink it with Leonardo Blue.

  Lovely Century II, the gold trim really makes the color pop. The marbling is really pretty.  The blue converter is a nice touch.
