Colibri Mickey Mouse cartridges?

Hi Folks,

I am hoping you could help me with a Colibri brand fountain pen that came to me through my late father. I have the pen and the fountain pen tip section. I would like to get cartridges and possibly a cartridge converter and ink. I'm quite new to fountain pens and not sure if this pen needs branded equipment or can use universal items. If someone has one of these, I would really appreciate your advice and recommendations. I believe they did the same pen in other Disney characters as well. The pen's image is attached below.

I collect Disney fountain pens and have a Colibri but not this one. You should be fine using a standard international ink cartridge. Let us know if you need help finding cartridges or how to use them.

I actually found the original box, which I did not know we still had knocking around. A spent international short cartridge was inside. I bummed one of those from a pal and it worked. 😊
