Refill for a Kaweco Sport rollerball

Recommended Posts

I bought a Kaweco Sport rollerball a few months ago and found the refill that it came with wrote well, but the line was too broad for me. It takes G2 so I picked up a fine black Quink ballpoint refill at the local office supply store and it now writes like a cheap ballpoint...

Can anyone recommend a good g2 refill?

Hello.

 A list of G2 refills.

Although it is Japanese, it can be viewed in the translation mode of the browser.

Tap the hyperlink to jump to the manufacturer's page etc.

Isn't the GEL refill good? I like Parker Quink (oil-based) or water-based ballpoint pens, so I can't recommend anything …

Why not search for a refill that interests you and view reviews with images?

You may be wondering which one to choose ...

I'm partial to the Ohto PG-105NP Flash Dry gel, 0.5mm needle point, black only so far. JetPens stocks them in the US, and CultPens in the UK.

I use Schmidt P8120 capless rollerball refill which fits Kaweco Sport Rollerball perfect. It is a rollerball refill, about 1 cm shorter than standard European rollerball refills. Mine is 1.0 cm thick but you can get them in 0.5, 0.6 or 0.7 mm as well. For more info:

PS. It is P8120, not S8120

I've used the Monteverde shorts, I think.  Also, the aforementioned Schmidts.
