Yup, Amazon's where I got it. I was a little worried whether or not it was going to be a Pluminix since you warned me that in a lot of cases, they aren't. But to my inexperienced eyes, it seems to be and it writes really well.

Thank you for the recommendation!

The pen arrived today in a 9” x 11” , or in that range, mailing envelope. I felt it, and thought Plumix. I opened it, and it’s the Pluminix, yes the little pen. It’s just tall enough to hold. The photo for it online made me wonder what I’d receive. I planned to be happy with either because of that lovely CM nib.

Onoto Scholar in Chestnut Pearl, broad nib. Sorry for all the photos, but the ribbon bound package (paper printed with their symbol), to the leather pen roll, to lifting up the pen and also find a suede-esque cloth pen sleeve....very snazzy. I'm very much looking forward to giving this one a test drive.

Ok now the packaging made me look into this brand and their pens... I'm a sucker for retro and leather aesthetic embedded in modern products, sadly it is not commonly of a high quality. Aaand seems I mixed up two brands already as I somehow thought OHTO and Onoto are the same. Was eyeing OHTO Dude for a while already.

Will be happy to see a review later, if you'll feel like it. The pen looks great.

I gave it a good rinse and am hoping to try it out soon. I'm utterly horrid at writing reviews, but I'll give it a shot. :)

Also in today's mail, Leonardo Officina Momento Zero Grande 2.0 (which sounds like it should be either a sports car or a wine vintage--either/or) in Dalia Emeline. 1.5 stub nib, the widest nib that I have now.

I ordered a Monteverde 25th Anniversary Innova Lightning pen with 1.1mm stub nib. It has iridescence, and a carbon fiber look. It’s a bit heavy, so a metal pen as well. The nib is black in color. As I turn it, the color changes, on the cap, blind cap end and the pen body.

Thanks, this was my last purchase, still have one vintage Platinum that I am waiting for from Japan, but I am planning (we’ll see) on taking a purchasing break until my local pen show in July. Four of these arrived inked, so I’m trying the Carmine, black, grey pearl and grey striped.

Arrived yesterday. Platinum #3776 Gathered, second generation (ebonite feed with a groove). Nib 14k, VF ("very Fine" according to Platinum classification, about EEF in European terminology).

An ambiguous pen. I don't particularly like the design, as well as the plastic the body is made of. But at the same time, the pen fits very comfortably in the hands and it is quite pleasant to write with it.

And I think the design is quite handsome.

A Montblanc 24 with a really nice, stubby, oblique M nib, dip-tested with Akkerman Passage Blauw, which coordinated well with the intense sky-blue ink window.

As we say, if we try to translate literally: "the color of the markers and their taste are different." This means: "everyone has different views" (in a joking manner).

That should be a wonderful writer for you. I have one and the size, shape, nib and weight make it perfect for long writing sessions.

I'm pleased to hear that! It immediately felt very good in my hand -- I had been debating between a 24 and a 22, but am glad I got the 24; I have a 342 and a 252 as well, and while they're not too small for me, it's nice to have some variety in size. And the nib is fabulous.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
