Stephens Twist Fill Button Fillers.

Hi,

 

took a break from collecting my victories.. (not many coming to the market), was researching colours similar to that which was manufactured in the 30's & 40's.

Ended up looking at some Stephens twist fill pens and ended up buying one or two.. have some more on their way from the States.

 

Are there many other collectors of these... I know of at least two in the UK. both of whom i have been in touch...

You have a nice selection, Rick. These are keenly collected. Marble patterned ones in any size go for a good price. You need one in the red pattern By the way, these pens are not twist fillers. They are button (or stud) fillers with a fixed blind cap.

I've never dealt with this brand, those are some great looking pens!

I have been a big fan of Stephens pens and as was previously mentioned they are stud fillers. However it seems to me that in my collection are a number of Stephens that were for the French market and that there was a twist filler in amongst them. I will take a look. Look for Stephens Royal as the French connection.
