What sort of fill system does it have? if you unscrew the barrel (if you can) does it have a cartridge or some other fill system? That may have information on it. I have a pen that says nothing on the barrel or cap, but has a Pilot nib and a Pilot squeeze filler (I posted photos and also sent them to Pilot USA and was told that the pen was actually Korean; although it isn't clear whether it was a frankenpen or made under Pilot's auspices.... I'll admit that I have never seen a nib like yours, but someone who's been around longer than me may have.

OTOH, there are such things as "no-name" pens. I found one, a lever filler, a couple of years ago in the wild a couple of hours or so from where I live. I bought the pen because it had a 14 C (yes, that's what it said) music nib (three tines, instead of the normal two), for around $20 US. Turned out the nib alone was apparently worth way more than the rest of the pen. I actually let it go and Ron Zorn sold me a Parker Parkette he was refurbishing, to put the nib and feed in. Given that the Parkette is a low-end sub brand of Parker, saying that it was a better pen than the original one is saying something... (the music nib, BTW, is really nice...).

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Well I heve no idea about the filling sistem, but I left a message to the seller. He sells it for about 10$ + 10$ shipping

It will be cartridge filler..it is Stypen brand...made in France...

Yes it is. Thank you! A bit disappointed. I wanted it to be something more exotic/expensive.
