Need ink for a Selectip

Hi guys. I recently got my hands on a rather old (maybe 15 years) pen. As you can probably imagine, it's ink cartridge is dead. So, I cannot find any. I went to Staples and bought one, but it was not the right one. And I don't think this is a ball point pen. I think it is felt tip. Thanks !

There are a number of Selectip refills available:

The Staples local to me carries some, but not all of them. I have a Cross Century that is over twenty years old that took a similar refill that isn't made any more (and for the life of me I can't remember what it was called). It was a hard porous plastic tip. The Selectip refills will fit it, though. Maybe your pen is the same.

I have a select tip Cross. Some of the select tips such as the standard roller ball and highlighter are fine; but unless you can find the right paper for the poris tip, I find it particularly uncomfortable to write with. It scratches at the paper.
