I can always use another MB BP. I have the Cruise in white as well as the tribute to the montblanc, so maybe not a another white pen for now. I also have a number of black MBs. However, I like the look of the blue PIX and I do not yet have a blue MB so...this one goes on the list.

Yes, this sound interesting. For my collection, it is interesting the roller & ball point pens in red. I have the cruise in blue collor.

Take care,

Yes, there are some design differences. The cap seems less tapered on the PIX. The clip on the PIX is also less tapered. Lastly, the cap bands are very different on the PIX.

~ Thanks, orfew.

After reading your post, I took a more careful look at the Montblanc USA Web site.

Your helpful comments highlighted the differences.

BTW: The burgundy Cruise collection ballpoint is attractive.

I have a purple generation ballpoint pen that is also quite attractive and resembles the cruise and the pix.

Montblanc took the "Pix" engraving out of their current model pens and I wonder if they're saving it for these "Pix" pens lol. I never understood it but it appears the Generation line has been renamed yet again. Literally the exact same colors, price point, and selection across the board- between the last Cruise line models and the newest PIX models.

Their lower-end product lines have never seemed to do too well for long, though.

I keep thinking about selling some of my pens but all that happens is I keep acquiring more!
