Another Legit Or Fake?

At the local buy&sell site, some seller offered MB Starwalker Metal &Rubber set (inkpen and roller or ballpoint, cannot determine, due to very blurry pics) for 125 EUR approx.

Inkpen is clear fake-nib inscription "GENIUS Iridium Germany, and other elements; ball/roller- 10 fields...

I warned him, providing him for with some pics of authentic Starwalker. He opposed to me, posting the following link:

What do you thing about the authenticity of the products offered there? To good to be true?

As far as I can tell, mind you I don't own a MB, those are as fake as a $3 bill. Look at the so called "Le Grand" they have. It's listed as a C/C. I could be highly mistaken, but the Le Grand is the 146 and I only know of it's existence as a piston filler.

That he would give you that link as a reference is hilarious. Do a whois on that url and you find that instead of it being a Montblanc site:

Sure, fake "MB" site.

The problem here (Bosnia&Herzegovina) is the fact that pen market does not exist (I dare to say even: no culture/tradition of using ink pen), just here and there some person offers something for sale (buy &sell site at issue is the part of OLX group, no money back guarantee in case of selling fake brands,just ban ??), If such product contains anything like MB's snowflake, or if it's written "MONTBLANC" or "Mont Blanc" or MontBlanc" (regardless the font or anything else thet is typical for genuine MB products: pen, pencil etc..)- for the seller IT Is Montblanc!!! No discussion! End of story! When I noted the ad where such offer was posted, warned him, giving brief explanation (see post No 1.) why I think it is fake, and suggested him to change the tile of his offer to "Copy/Replica of MB starwalker...". He then "enlightened me by providing the above fake MB site. I again explained him in depth the authentic Starwalker Metal & Rubber, provided him for with the authentic pics and parts of some post from FPN re Starwalker....Only after that, the seller named his offer inot "Copy" and lowered the price to circa 15 EUR.

That's life my friends. I am thankful that FPN site exists!

P.S. Recently, I obtained Montblanc M, designed by M. Newson, M nib, a despite many negative comments here- I like it, it fits me perfectly, maybe because I am left handed over writer. But 149 18 C from 1960,which my mom gifted me many many years ago, is still No 1. in my humble collection (just about a dozen of various Mb's).
