Dear all,

I'm new to this forum. Is this Boheme roller ball genuine or fake..It is having "metal pix" engraved under the cap clip. There is Germany on the cap and a serial number also starting with ML and followed by seven digits.

If somebody couldn't see the posted pictures, kindly give a comment.

First, :W2FPN: !!!!! :):)

Well, not many people probably answered because, it is not a fountain pen. People on this forum are primarily interested in fountain pens. But, you were perfectly within your rights in asking a question about your pen. It looks like the genuine article.

Now, go and get yourself a MB fountain pen, and start writing with it!!!:):)

Where are you located at? I am a NRI originally from Assam/Meghalaya.

Welcome to the forum!!

I don't see anything that suggests the pen being counterfeit. It appears genuine from the pictures!

I hope you enjoy using it! :)

I keep thinking about selling some of my pens but all that happens is I keep acquiring more!

Refill looks like the ones we buy from MB Boutique, IMHO it's genuine! :)

I care more about 'performance' than looks, so a genuine MB rollerball refill is what I'd be most concerned about... assuming I hadn't paid any of my own $$$ for the lot, same refill in whatever body would still lay ink the same.

A fake FP otoh... I don't believe any copier can properly fake how a genuine example's nib/feed/section performs so they'll never write the same.

I'm worried more about the refill...Is Boheme come with a refill on it or a capped refill outside the pen...

You don't need to worry about the refill or the pen. The picture shows how they come, before the refill is placed into the pen.

Today I got the pen..But there is gold abberation (like gold swept away) on the Montblanc Boheme gold band at some places where we hold our fingers for writing (not evident in picture 3) and also at clip nose (the place that touches the box lid when pen is placed in the box)..Is it usual..

Also there is a section inside when we open which says Montblanc refills only...Just see the difference....

Can somebody say what this video is all about? This shows the same kind of pen but unfortunately I don't know this language. :(
