It this a genuine retailer ?

Yes, they are genuine, and also have a store on eBay uk. I have bought MB and Delta pens from them, and always had great service. No affiliation etc., just a satisfied customer. Their eBay pricing is excellent

Yes they are legit. They have some hard to find stuff in new condition and their prices are very reasonable. Some times they are better than anywhere else.

Just bear in mind that if you are importing the item from Italy, you would have to pay custom duty if the price of the item exceeds $200 (This link clearly says that, for the US of course. GB policies would be different)
