I don't know whether I like this enough to justify buying a bottle. Plus it's much more expensive here...

After some calculation I find it's not too much more expensive here than in the US... Plus it's said that Defoe is somewhat water resistant? If so I think I've just made up my mind.

It's very nicely water resistant and even though I don't normally like these kinds of colors, it is really a great ink.

Fantastic review! I purchased a bottle while in Berlin earlier this summer and immediately fell in love with it. Though somewhat similar to Alt-Goldgrün, the excellent behavior, flow, and richness put Palm Green at the top of my favorite yellow-green inks.
