Saw this one in the Amsterdam boutique a week ago.

 

What a wonderful pen!

 

If I remember correctly the fountain pen is 2200€ (???) and shares similar dimension as the L'Aubrac and Meissen.

Montblanc Masters for Meisterstuck Moon Pearl

This very special Master for Meisterstuck piece is made with mother of pearl. In the resin of the pen are lines engraved and filled with this very precious material. The details of the pen are made of platinum. The pen is available as fountain pen (€2500) and rollerball (€2300).

S T DuPont made a pen in a similar style with MOP panels along the body for around $1200. I think the MB looks better however

Just picked one up at La Couronne du Comte, absolutely gorgeous pen. It just arrived yesterday evening at Dennis' shop, well he didn't have the chance to put it on display. Pics will follow.

Yes, they are of the same designed. Meissen / L'Aubrac and then the Moon Pearl. I had hold it in my hand during the Montblanc event in April. It's a beautiful pen and I ordered one to pair up with my L'Aubrac.

Here are the promised pictures. The pen comes in a huge box, accompanied by a wooden penrest, a bottle of Grey Oyster ink and some sheets of special paper. It is a huge pen, length is the same as a 149, as you can see in one picture. The pen isn't postable.
