Wet Flowing, Lubricated Purple/violet?

I need some help finding a purple that works for me. Most of the purple/violets I've tried are too dry and unlubricated. Help me find one that's wet and well lubed.

I'm not super particular about the color. Somewhere in the purple spectrum is fine.

DA Purpur...purple, found also in the astrology inks for Schuetze...that is the one with the centaur with the bow.

DA Pur purviolet is a purple-violet.

DA Aubergine (eggplant) is a darker purple.

DA Royal Blue, is a dark well lubricated blue with a tinge towards purple. When I got this, I gave Waterman Florida Blue to a school kid.

All these are well lubricated.

Which have you tried?

Herbin Violette Pensée is wet, but I don't think it's really lubricated.

Sorry, that would have been helpful.

Check out Waterman Purple, it is pretty wet, but not very lubricated. Still, it's a very nice ink. Diamine Bilberry is a much darker purple, so much so that I classify it as a blue. It is also free flowing and it is pretty well lubricated and is currently my favorite ink.

The new formulation of Black Swan in Australian Roses? I inked up my TWSBI Vac700 with it, and the flow is pretty good.

Edit to add: Oh, and it's a really nice purple colour.

I really enjoy PR DC Super Violet and Everflo Orchid, both are easy starters and pretty vibrant colors.

Diamine Amazing Amethyst - good flow, reasonable lubrication, beautiful cool toned purple but still with a zing. Suitable for regular daily use.

Nice! I ordered a bottle. I also ordered a bottle of Sailor Shigure.

Thanks to everyone here, as well. I ordered a bunch of samples that people suggested to try.

Just got MB lavender-purple today. It's a dark purple....on the copy paper I printed a draft out to edit.

I don't know exactly how lubricated it is, in I was using a semi-flex B. Semi-flex is a wetter nib...like all MB inks it is at least medium.

Where did you find MB Lavender? I have checked my local MB boutique and they have never had it in stock each time I checked.

Noodlers V-Mail North African Violet. It has good flow and is a bright saturated purple, however a takes extra effort to clean up and does stain like many purples.
