My next pen is to be a TWSBI 580RB, it is out of stock at the moment and that makes me want it more!

I keep ordering vintage pens... I need to finish my writing and sketch kit with a Lamy Safari Charcoal EF and a Kaweco Classic Sport White B with a clip. I need to avoid looking at beautiful vintage pieces for awhile after today's splurge, haha!

I had a lovely day, as both my Pelikan 405 with a Richard Binder italifine nib, AND my fall Edison Nouveau arrived today. My flexible gold nib (also from Richard Binder) for my fall Nouveau is due next week; can't wait. And this italifine nib is so mind blowing I am going to pick up a few more for my Edisons.

A few pictures, including one of my Fall Nouveau with its winter and spring siblings. AND- I was lucky enough to be contacted by someone willing to sell me the winter 2014 Edison Nouveau, so shortly, I will have a complete set:

I'm waiting . . . and waiting . . . and waiting for the TWSBI 580 USA models to come in at the Goulets. Thinking of getting one in EF and getting a 1.5 stub to go with it (or vice versa).

Until you ink a pen, it is merely a pretty stick. --UK Mike

My arsenal, in order of acquisition: Sailor 21 Pocket Pen M, Cross Solo M, Online Calligraphy, Monteverde Invincia F, Hero 359 M, Jinhao X450 M, Levenger True Writer M, Jinhao 159 M, Platinum Balance F, TWSBI Classic 1.1 stub, Platinum Preppy 0.3 F, 7 Pilot Varsity M disposables refillables, Speedball penholder, TWSBI 580 USA EF, Pilot MR, Noodler's Ahab 1.1 stub, another Preppy 0.3, Preppy EF 0.2, ASA Sniper F, Click Majestic F, Kaweco Sport M, Pilot Prera F, Baoer 79 M (fake Starwalker), Hero 616 M (fake Parker), Jinhao X750 Shimmering Sands M . . .

31 and counting :D

I am hoping to get a Sheaffer PFM 1 in blue with a factory Italic broad nib. Found the nib, just need the pen now.

WTB Sheaffer Balance oversized with a flex nib, semi flex, broad, or medium in carmine red or grey striated.

Wtb Sheaffer Pfm in black or blue with a medium or broad nib.

And I'm beginning to fall for this one too...

http://www.lamy.com/produktdaten/content/e34/e37/e859/98_brillant_BY_FH_ger.jpg

My Accent Briarwood arrived a couple of days ago after weeks of me drooling. It's beautiful to look at, it feels good, the nib looks gorgeous and writes beautifully, the clip is an engineering marvel in itself, I sit just opening and closing the unique filler access machinery.

I might keep it :)

I also like the Lamy Accent. Slim pen but very handy ....

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
