Can Anyone Please Post A Sample Writing With A Jowo 1.5 Mm Stub...?

Tried my best to look it up on the FPN & on Google, but no luck......................

 

I would love to see a writing sample, using an un-modified JoWo 1.5 mm stub/italic nib would look like.

Please show me a writing sample.

(Edison or Franklin Joseph pens use these nibs, but there may be other brands)

The Goulet nibs are made by JoWo.

I have a Goulet 1.5 mm, which as Runnin_Ute said is made by JoWo. Thus, here are all the writing samples of mine that I could find on my computer:

I see what you mean "Runnin_Ute,............. using Goulet's interactive tool I got two very small writing samples.

The Goulet's brand nib comes out looking a tad sharper than the Edison"s 1.5 mm stub in their interactive tool.

If they are supposed to be stock (untipped) stubs from the same factory wouldn't they be more similar?

There is not enough in the Golet's samples to get a "feel" for what the nib may be like.

 

What I'm really looking for is a longer sample. A part of a longer text, perhaps.

It would be nice to see the nib demonstrate most of the letters, capital & small case.

 

There was (is?) a long running thread on FPN that had sizable samples of writing, using of italic nibs.

I've seen some writing samples that are quotations from literature

To add: Is your nib stock, as is, then installed into another pen?

The first five pictures (so including the Feb 26) were done using J. Herbin Rouge Hematite. Sometimes it appeared really golden, like the second picture, but overall more red. A nice ink and the sheen is great if you can get it to show up, but I don't know if it's worth the cost of the whole bottle. :-)
