Lapis Bard Fountain Pen

Recently in a magazine I saw the ad for Lapis Bard Fountain pen.

 

Has anyone heard or used the same. If used how was the experience.

 

Seems to its costs 279$ in India from William Pens. Any suggestions?

I dont know much about this brand, but i did see some pens at the Mumbai store and they seemed a bit sub-standard and over-priced at the same time. It could be an in house brand of William Penn, but again, i could be wrong.
