I made my first purchase from them and I'm impressed (and they had the Ahab Pima Tortoise and Pequot in stock also). They provided personal service in determining that they had the products that I ordered, called me to confirm some matters, shipped it the next day Priority Mail and it shipped free for over $50 and and they provided $5 off first purchase. Not affiliated but happy with these folks. Shipping charges are a negative for me as they're steep and add up and seem to always be $6.95. I've been going out of may way to buy from Amazon, E-Bay which has inexpensive first class shipping and buying enough for free shipping. In many cases it's a bottle of ink that you're spending or a pack of cartridges on shipping, tired of it.

IIRC shipping is free for orders over $50. They also have some items on ebay for $3 shipping if you only want to buy one item. I have made two purchases through their store and one through ebay with no problems (no affiliation of course).
