Akkerman Shocking Blue: Does It Smear Like Majestic?

I'm contemplating getting Akkerman's Shocking Blue (having been really impressed with the 'Akkerman Blue') and I've seen that some say it compares to Diamine's Majestic Blue, in many ways.

I really don't mind if the colours are similar or even match but I just wondered how the smearing/smudging properties of the ASB compare? That's the only property of Majestic that I'm not so fond of.

I don't have Majestic Blue but I do have Shocking Blue.

It does smudge a little when dry especially on coated paper. This usually happens when I write a letter and proceed to fold it only to smudge the ink along the page. However, given awhile to dry the ink hardly smudges unless you really rub into the paper.
