A little background...

I purchased a Mont Blanc 146 in medium through my award points with American Express...

After I got it, I had some issues with the nib, (I'm left handed)...they at first did a free exchange to a fine point.....this too I had a problem with...(scratchy, not smooth writer)... I took it back again at the beginning of the week and asked if I could upgrade to a 149 with OB nib....no problem...

I picked it up last night and it is VERY nice now and I'm very happy with it.....now here's the kicker..

They did the upgrade from a 146 to a 149 for FREE....told me it was due to my issues and they valued my patronage...they also said they would engrave it for free... amazing..!!!

Bottom line, is I'm a very happy customer and I have to applaude their customer service.

That might be one of the favorite boutiques I visited. Over NY, Scottsdale, Newport...this one is top notch. In particular there is a gentleman that works there, or at least did, named John Castiglione (sp?) and he is a great guy!

Montblanc store in Paris really knows how to treat their customers same with Montblanc after sales service in France which did a fabulous work on my 149.

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Jonathon.... that's the guy I dealt with! Very Customer Service oriented, and a heck of a nice guy.

The only problem I have with that store is the location....being in the Forum shops it's an ordeal getting in there. The crowds are very annoying. Fortunately I know all the back ways of getting in, and this helps to avoid the "crunch"

I digress, John is a fantastic representative of Mont Blanc and should be highly commended.
