Goulet Pens...shocked Me.

When my time comes to be buried, I'm going to have the Goulet's wrap me. I should be nice and fresh for a few hundred years and safe from any earthquakes.

Also a very proud and repeat customer--pens, paper, ink. I read the reviews, watch the videos, and am amazed that a family business can compete with (and beat) the big competition.

I have spent many enjoyable hours viewing the videos and reading customer reviews at gouletpens.com and inknouveau.com. I'm glad I'm retired so I don't worry about missing sleep at night. I have learned a lot, spent a lot of money, and taken my love of fountain pens, inks, and accessories to an all time high by finding Goulet Pens. The videos are fantastic and there must be hundreds and hundreds of them from tips, how-tos, product reviews, and now a weekly Q&A video. Pens, paper, ink, nibs, sealing wax & seals, empty ink bottles, ink samples, nib comparisons, ink comparisons. Oh yes, their packing and customer service is the best (I should know I've probably averaged about an order a week for the last 6 months!). It doesn't get any better than Goulet Pens! Thanks Brian and Rachel and the whole Goulet Team!

I just got an order delivered. Great packing as usual, a free tootsie pop (yum) and this time they threw in a free bottle of Noodler's 54th Massachusetts. WoW! :D

TheGoulets should be a course in MBA School. I really admire them and take a lot of heart from them.

They are in a way. They are chapter One in a book called "So You Have A Website, Now What?"

Goulet Pens is awesome. And you get a sucker with your order!

I got my first fountain pen [and ink and paper] from them this week. They absolutely rock! And they're a small family business. Which rocks. Rock squared.

+1... Although I'm not ordering at the same level of frequency.

Oh wow, this thread is still going! Thanks so much, guys! Your support really does mean so much to us. :)

As should be noted by all these posts, Goulet Pens means a lot to this community. Thanks for all you guys have done, and are doing, to help so many not only get great products with great service, but to help us learn along the way!

I agree with everything in the thread. I am a frequent Amazon shopper. Their shipping has never been perfect but in the past two years it's gotten actually bad. Goulet pen was the first time I've bought from an online retailer other than Amazon or Zappos in a couple years and the FIRST time I felt like the shipping charge was well deserved. I actually have no problem paying more cause the service is so perfect.

I finally got around to ordering from the Goulets a few weeks ago, the package arrived in record time and not only did I get to try my first-ever tootsie pop, it's also the first time I've recieved something wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap the size of - well, me.
