Twsbi Diamond 50 Ink Bottle Video Demonstration

I posted a video demonstration of the TWSBI Diamond 50 ink bottle on our blog this morning. Had to share my excitement for getting these ink bottles in. As a fountain pen geek and a Diamond 530 user, the ink bottle was just way too cool to pass up. Anyone else got their hands on one yet?

All colors in-stock. Freee Economy shipping over $50 is USPS or UPS, depending on the final weight. If you were ordering, lets say, two of the ink bottles, we would be shipping by UPS ground.

They are 'ink wells' or ink bottles at a second level. Today we have so many pretty bottles, C/A, Pelikan Edelstein, MB shoe, I read about a Japanese bottle, but don't know it yet.

 

Not only are we living in the golden age of inks, but slowly we are again becoming aware of the world of ink wells, or bottles that are a class better than just a bottle for ink.

 

In that we have too many inks the traditional flip top ink well will never be good for modern days.

 

We need many beautiful screw cap ink wells. With Twsbi, you get 6 colors, you can adjust to a row of colors, it must not just be red, blue and green. It can be some color with say a red, blue or green tone to the basic color of say brown.

The bottles were pretty genius, not to mention the

design process, conceptualisation and finally the

execution... Time to order a few!

I ordered one with the Orange top ring. Just literally unwrapped it, looked at it in awe of how simple, yet aesthetically beautiful it is, took my TWSBI 530 and filled it with the nib section of using the adaptor on the lid of the TWSBI ink bottle. Absolutely superb! Really impressed. I also bought a little ink filling kit so as not to spill ink all over my desk/self whilst filling the bottle from the most wonderful Watermans Florida Blue ink I am 'hooked' on all the time.
