They will ask Hamburg MB office, but do not expect answer till monday... :(

Great fp isn't it? Congratulations and may it serve you and generations to come. Did I miss the nib size? Looks like a F-Nib Edited by Simme

Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever

I've had a pretty interesting week. Got a 75th 146 with mop. It was beat up so sent it into Fort Worth Texas for a make over-- disappointed but at least I'll get back a nice pen. Then I nabbed a nib octavian-- very happy with this one-- it's perfect. Then a Proust came up that I couldn't pass on. Should have that in a few days-- crossing fingers-- looks to be in very nice condition. No box or papers though but recently serviced( or so they say). Got 2 bottles of davinci ink and one more bottle of Balzac coming as well. Happy mb week so far

Wow Sean- busy week!!! Well done mate.

Both pens (146 and Proust) are beautiful in their own way. I hope you enjoy them- especially with that Da Vinci ink- it's a weird/great color

Thank you :). I'm hoping I can squeak away with a level 1 service on the 146. The nib is a bit tweaked and I am not sure their nib Meister will be able to put it in order. I am thinking it will be making a trip to hamburg. I'm really excited about the da Vinci ink. I have read all the reviews and there seems to be quite a lot of differing opinions on this stuff. I love the dandy turquoise-- so much so I had to buy another bottle.

That would be a solid MB year for me! Impressive. Congrats. I know what you mean about the davinci ink. I had to have 2 myself.

Just picked up a Meisterstuck 90th Anniversary 149 with a medium nib from the MB Boutique here in Sydney.

Can't wait to ink it up and see how it writes!!!

I recently bought a new one of these - Meisterstuck Geometric Dimension. Friggin' gorgeous pen, and I LOVE the OBB nib. At first I thought about changing it, but now I am completely in love with what is possible. It's become my favorite writer for the time being.

Many congrats! One of the most beautiful pens. And with a MOP star!

Only one question about the box. I thought the solitaires come in a big squared box. Of course I can be wrong because I don't own one (yet).

Wish you all the joy and pleasure with it.

I don't own one (YET) either but been looking... I've seen them all advertised in the regular rectangular box

I keep thinking about selling some of my pens but all that happens is I keep acquiring more!

This is my favorite pen! I'm looking for the Doue version because it is much less expensive than the full design. Congrats on a wonderful pen!!

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
