Noblesse Ballpoint Pen

I recently purchased a Noblesse pen from an Italian dealer. I need to replace the refill but am not sure if the standard Montblanc refill will fit. The refill in my pen is labeled "giant" and measures 4.375". Any suggestions?

I have a late 1970's-early 1980's Noblesse ball point which I think also came with a larger diameter refill. I use the new refills which I believe are their standard size with an extra plastic extender for the end that's about 9/16ths long. I bought some a few weeks ago and the refills were sold as 2 for about $16 at the MB shop. That's a little pricey but they are large refills and they will probably last me a year or more (since I try to use my fountain pens for most of my writing).

There will fit the modern Montblanc refill with an adapter which you'd get at any Montblanc Boutique or authorized Montblanc dealer .

I was browsing at Staples and found out that they have MB Ballpoint/Rollerball refills! Ballpoint refills will fit your Noblesse Oblige!
