Ink for Conklin?

Recommended Posts

I recently received a Conklin Nozac, fine nib. I loaded it with my usual, Pelikan brilliant black. It writes beautifully, but if I don't use it for a couple of days it's dry and won't start on its own.

Should I load a freer-flowing ink? If so, what do my pen friends recommend?

Thanks in advance--
