It's something between a dip pen and palette knife, made in a curved shape that's capable of lines narrow to wide depending on how its held.

I wish I knew how to do what you say I'm doing I have too little experience at drawing at this moment and no training whatsoever, just going with the flow. Also, I'm lazy

+1 to what Astron said. (I thought *I* have strange dreams sometimes.... ). It's a strange image but I keep looking at it again and again. I could see this as being an illustration for an novel, or the dust jacket.

Even though it's creepy, I like it.
