cloisonne pens?

A friend of mine told me that his sister would love to have a cloisonne pen. He's not sure if she wants a fountain pen or a ball point or roller ball. He asked me about where to find one.

I really don't know much about cloisonne pens... anyone out there know if they're readily available? Of any variety?

cheers

It really depends on how much you want to pay. ST Dupont has made quite a few nice cloisnne pens using traditional Chinese lacquer but they tend to be expensive. Conway Stewart is doing some LEs that might be interesting. As mentioned above, Élysée made several.

I told my friend that if he didn't buy the Parker for his sister he was a cheapskate! :)

thank you all for your leads... I checked 'em out and sent them on so we'll see. I looked at the beijing opera pen and it was interesting the variations in prices for it out there.

cheers
