What's your favorite green pen?

I only own one green pen, but it's a really good one: my mint green Esterbrook J.

Looks awesome!!! You did a great job with it...nice new cap and all. Glad you are happy with it and that it found a good home!! :-)

I can't take credit for the work -- Farmboy replaced the sac and barrel jewel and traded me the matching cap for the black one (he said he needed a black 3-rib cap). I haven't even polished it -- it isn't badly worn, and the marks it does have are badges of long service, not blemishes.

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Does not always sign big checks.

That 144 looks magnificent, if anyone says ¨why do you like fountain pens¨ show them that. If they don't understand well theyŕe lost really arn´t they.

Green pens are my thang, so to say. I have lots of them. My faves are Shaeffer Flat Tops, and I have them in light jade, medium jade, stunning emerald jade, deep jade. I have Balances in Jade. I have no-names in unbelievable greens; Underwood in green, Ritzie, Nupoint, Parkers, Wahl, etc., etc., all in beautiful greens. My favourite colour had always been blue, until I 'met' a Sheaffer Flat Top in Green...and was instantly converted.

I'm not a big green pen person, but always thought the Forest Green Parker "51" with a gold filled cap was a very elegant combination.

Is this a Kullock? Beautiful, but not what one expects from the series.

Apologies. Makes my own Forest Green look quite humble. Quite a beautiful pen. The green one looks not unlike Kenneth Parker's own "51" that's in the Parker 51 book.
