Interesting review, thank you Amir. I view the Christie as a MB icon, along with the Hemingway and the Medici.

Interesting that you find the Christie a pleasant writer. Is it because of the nib or is there something else?

I for one find the Christie resin particularly hard on the fingers, well maybe not as hard as metal, but not far. Moreover, I find the pen a bit top heavy when posted. Do you post this pen when you write?

This is really interesting Robert,we like the same pens but our perception of them is very different.

I find the clean design,overall balance and feel of the MB resin on this pen to be very comfortable and pleasent to use.

The nib is good but Sean Gosse will need to look at the nib (on the 13th) to put his magic in it as its just a bit too rough.

This pen reminds me a lot the 146 in the hand.

I never post my pens so this is not an issue for me.
