At home today, so practicing my hand with the Aurora 88 italic. (Because it does make me nuts when just trying to pick it up and write. Needs practice.)

After 29 straight days using a Pelikan M620 Grand Place loaded with Platinum Pigment Brun Sepia, to a Namiki Falcon with Platinum Pigment Blue. Nib is a .5mm cursive italic by Richard Binder in both cases.

HDoug, every time I see a sample of your handwriting, my jaw just drops. In a good way.

Today I'm using a TWSBI 530 with PR Tanzanite; a Lamy Vista with Montblanc Black; a Sheaffer NoNonsense with Sheaffer Red; and a Lamy Al-Star with Diamine Prussian Blue.

Today, it has been my Sheaffer Sentinel, my Lamy Vista and my newly arrived Duke Chaplin Commemorative.

My pen for the week ahead is a Sheaffer Balance (military clip) with Noodler's Midway Blue for big bold writing. My wife gave me this pen because the nib was not to her liking. I love it!

Regards to all,

Chris.

My brand new monteverde invincia silver and carbon fibre is going getting broken in. I havnt used a large array of fp's yet so I don't have whole lot to compare it to but it feels quite substantial and well put together. The nib is a little firm but it writes really well, I'm s happy with it given how little I paid for it. When ivee used it for a while I'll put up a review.

WTB: the following GvF-C classic FPs (pref. B or OB nib) or rollerballs: platinum plated, gold plated, solid sterling silver, ebony anello and gold anello, PM me!

(also interested in most other GvF-C products in general, i.e any writing tools, leather goods, advertising/packaging)

I just bought my first Lamy a Safari pen, a limited edition aquamarine. Wondering why just bought a lamy now! This is a great pen fitted with a 1.1 nib. This is my workhorse for the day or week...

This weekend I've written through...:

Taccia Overture (F) filled with Waterman Black

Libelle Chromatic (M) with PR Avacado

...and I'm -almost- done with a converted Acme roller-->fountain (M) with a converter of Waterman Florida Blue.

Next will be the Waterford Marquis (M) filled with PR Spearmint. Probably will finish the Acme and the Waterford by this evening...had a busy Thanksgiving break.

First time posting my pens!

Two pens to rule them all.... and in the darkness bind them (couldn't just decide on one could I?)

In all seriousness, these are my only two pens these days. Trying to avoid having a collection, if you will ^^

One is a Dupont Defi in ballpoint/roller/fineliner (unpopular on this forum, but unfortunately, it's not always practical to use a FP, though I do when I can!), the other is a Dupont Olympio F Nib, writes absolutely brilliantly.

Both of these pens see daily use.

Apologies in advance for the poor photography

If you keep talking up that pen - I may just request it back :)
