10 dollar Demonstrators - 2.50 Dollars S&H CONUS

Hi ya all - I am selling these pens from my collection - unused - I have sold these here before and got good response and feedback.

First the boring stuff. remember email travels faster than PM badrsj at yahoo dot com

Cost of pen 10 dollars - cost of shipping inside the country is 2.50 dollars including materials. The only payment accepted is via paypal - any type of funding including credit cards, The shipping quoted is 1st Class in a tube - - the pens do not have boxes. The pens are not tested - if there is problem - I will return the pen within 1st 2 weeks. These are good pens - not the top quality such as Pelikan - therefore make good givers' good lookers and good take alongers'. International shipping - Well 1st class mail is doable for most countries for 4.50 - 5.00 dollars.

Each additional pen is a buck added to shipping cost, due to added wt. Enjoy the pics :)

I have only the smoky black/grey and the blue pens left - the red ones have sold out.

The nib is about a medium somewhat on the narrower side and only one size is available.

The pens

The size is comparable to M200 Pelikan Demonstrator

The exploded view :) in case you have to clean out - though understand that you may damage the pen in this process

+1 on these pens! My first review said it they were a bit dry, but on subsequent pens I've found they're even nicer. Very smooth nib, piston is smooth, and I personally like that they can be completely deconstructed. IIRC, this is about the best price around.

Heck, I liked these so much that I bought 15. Which, in hindsight, seems a bit WTFish, but I wanted to be supplied for a few years to come. That, and filling them up with different colors of ink is way too much fun. :D

I totally agree with Badr- I like to keep one of these with me as my "let people try a fountain pen" pen. They're pretty forgiving of the hands of newbies, and the fact you can see how they work interests a lot of people- you wouldn't believe how many people exclaimed "what? you can refill it with more ink?!" when I was telling people on Thanksgiving. :P

Another endorsement of these pens -- I've been carrying my blue one for a month as my primary pen, writes well on all kinds of paper, reliable feed and filling. Thinking about getting another one as a backup/giveaway.

Badr, which colors do you have remaining?

Hi, I am charging 5$ for international shipping. This is 1st class mail, it is not traceable in case of loss. You may use badrsj at yahoo dot com to communicate.

Thanks

Just received both pens I ordered & immediately inked them. I can't believe how well they work for the price. I'd say they are extremely close to writing as smoothly as the Pelikan M205 demonstrator. These are a great deal.

E-mail sent for one pen in each of three colors.

Oh to have that translucent pink Prera! @migo984 has the Oeste series named after birds. There is a pink one, so I’m assuming Este is the same pen as Oeste.    Excellent haul. I have some Uniball One P pens. Do you like to use them? I like them enough, but don’t use them too much yet.    Do you or your wife use Travelers Notebooks? Seeing you were at Kyoto, I thought of them as there is a store there.

It's not nearly so thick that I feel it comprises my fine-grained control, the way I feel about the Cross Peerless 125 or some of the high-end TACCIA Urushi pens with cigar-shaped bodies and 18K gold nibs. Why would you expect me or anyone else to make explicit mention of it, if it isn't a travesty or such a disappointment that an owner of the pen would want to bring it to the attention of his/her peers so that they could “learn from his/her mistake” without paying the price?

Why nobody says that the section of Tuzu besides triangular shape is quite thick. Honestly it’s the thickest one among my many pens, other thick I own is Noodler’s Ahab. Because of that fat section I feel more control and my handwriting has improved. I can’t say it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, but needs a moment to accommodate. It’s funny because my school years are long over. Besides this pen had horrible F nib. Tines were perfectly aligned but it was so scratchy on left stroke that collecte

Awesome! I'm in the process of preparing my bag for our pen meet this weekend and I literally have none of the items you mention!! I'll see if I can find one or two!

@asota -- Yeah, I think I have a few rolls in my fridge that are probably 20-30 years old at this point (don't remember now if they are B&W or color film) and don't even really know where to get the film processed, once the drive through kiosks went away....  I just did a quick Google search and (in theory) there was a place the next town over from me -- but got a 404 error message when I tried to click on the link....  Ruth Morrisson aka inkstainedruth
