Scarlet Tanager pen rest

Dear all,

whilst packing away my pen boxes I came upon my boxed example of the scarlet tanager pen rest and was wondering if other bird pen rests were commissioned by Parker? I was told there were but I haven't seen any example to date.

 

Could the Parker experts shed some light please? Pictures would be nice if anyone has other Parker bird pen rests

Just to muddy up the watters a little, how about the fact that, back in the day, Mont Blanc used a cockatiel in their advertising (and did they make such a pen rest?), and, of course, there is the Pelikan pelican pen rest currently available in both blue and white.

I'm not sure if these were from the same series, but I know there were a few different animal versions. I picked up this cat about a year ago. They are, as best I can tell, fairly scarce.

I love cats in general, plus this one has something of a crazy look which I find amusing.

Greg, that's one cute cat. My dog will love it. Only dog I know who tries to befriend cats. Being an Italian greyhound he is not much bigger than them anyway.

 

I am acutally looking to collecting other bird figurines, assuming there were others. Was told there was a yellow bird as well. I like the bird/s because they are accurate depictions rather than stylised.
