I had a couple family members deal with them about 10 or 12 years back. The service then was acceptable, but their prices were always a bit on the high side.

I've not shopped at Colorado pen frequently, but I've never had that bad an experience, either.

It seems I am the only one that has had good experiences with both companies, Colorado and Paradise Pens,

 

Only one bought from Colorado Pens and everything was fine, and three very good experiences with Paradise Pens in San Antonio, TX,

A company cannot insult a customer, even if it once went bankrupt or is facing bankruptcy.

 

That's a simple rule of business. From the CEO of GE down to lowly schlumps like me, the command was:

 

- the customer is king

 

- not a penny of your salary comes from The General Electric Company. Every cent comes from a customer who bought something from us. They could have bought from someone else.

 

- if that's not clear enough, remember this: the customer pays your salary!

I just wanted to add my two cents worth. I have dealt with Colorado Pens

and I have never had a problem with them. Items that I ordered were always in

stock and shipped fast and were packaged very well. Maybe it was just an off day

on their part.
