Anyone have a good source for Dickinson's Three Candlesticks stationary for United States of America customers? Haven't seen that paper in years -- not since last in Hong Kong.

TIA,

Randal Carter

From a person's actions, we may infer attitudes, beliefs, --- and values. We do not know these characteristics outright. The human dichotomies of trust and distrust, honor and duplicity, love and hate --- all depend on internal states we cannot directly experience. Isn't this what adds zest to our life?

What a blast from the past. Did some cleaning on the weekend and found a boxed set at the back of the shelf. Must be at least 15 years old. What a beautiful sheet of paper. Interested to know if it still exists too.

Looks like Hamelin is making that now.

Can't tell if this is a tip on a U.S. source or not?

It's a tip saying that maybe searching for a US source that imports other Hamelin products might also import this Dickenson item.

Well for once it seems that we in the UK have an advantage over our US cousins. This stationery is still widely available in high street stationery stores across the UK.

Have you thought about ebay sellers etc?

Incidentally, all my pens/nibs really rebel against the surface, and so I have two sets of paper and envelopes at home, doing nothing.

Wow, your pens don't like that paper, huh? Well, good to know!

I hadn't thought of eBay. Hmmm...

Nope.... none of my nibs seem to like textured paper at all. They all dry out half way down a sheet. V annoying!

Have you tried putting another sheet of paper under your hand while writting as a 'page protector'. I know that sometimes my pens get balky because of skin oils on the paper.

just a thought,

I'm only a few years late, but:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EJHJSEE/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_30?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A28ACMVQIZOEMD

I love this paper too, but not at the asking price. Unfortunately I remember a time when I was able to use it as practice paper.

This link took me to a 3.5 inch by 7.4 inch pad. Does this paper also come in larger sizes?

Oh, I know this of myself

I assume as much for other people

We’ve listened more to life’s end gong

Than the sound of life’s sweet bells
