Pelikan P390

JC180

Recommended Posts

I have seen a NOS Pelikan from the early nineties for what looks like an absolute steal on the bay. At $79 with an 18ct Gold nib and a silver plated body it looks very tempting indeed (although it isn't a plunger fill). Will this silver plate tarnish and is this nib interchangeable with an m600/m800?

Also how will these write/feel compared to the newer Souveran range? Does anyone have any experience of them?

Here it is:

Thanks

Why doesn't this model get more attention?

It is a great looking pen, about the size of a Parker 75, and they seem to sell for chicken feed, although they are hard to find.
