I could be wrong, but this isn't an original I don't believe, I think this is a re-issue, circa 2000, give or take a couple years...

 

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yep. The photo and description are of the reissue. Pel briefly offered modern editions of the m100 in blue and green, as well as m110 and m111. Green was available beginning in 1997. Regina Martini has a nice summary here.
