Pen accessories:What really do we use?

Scissors and a letter opener with my Dunhill Torpedo. Of course they attach to the pen and are interchangeable.

A Sonnet Fougere I bought came with a silver-polishing cloth, which I thought was a nice touch.

 

I suppose manufacturers are not keen to give too many accessories away with their pens, because they like to sell them as complimentary items. It would be nice if a carrying case came as standard, though.
