Pen shops in Spain and Portugal?

I'm going on holiday to Spain and Portugal. I know, I know -- I'm nutty for going on holiday and thinking about pen shopping. My traveling companions are not exactly pen people, but they're already well aware that I'm a bit one-off.

Anyway, I've searched FPN for pen shops in Spain and did not find any -- either that or my search terms were not very good (+barcelona +spain +pen +shop). Can anyone recommend any good pen stores in Barcelona, Spain?

Also, I found this post about a shop in Lisbon. Does anyone know of any others in Lisbon? We will also be touring some of the islands in the Azores. On the off-chance anyone knows of any pen shops there, I'd appreciate those recommendations as well -- but I'm mostly curious about pen stores in Barcelona and Lisbon. Thanks in advance.

Just returned from Barcelona, where there are good fountain pen store, here there is a list:

1) CASA DE LA ESTILOGRÁFICA (c/Fontanella 17)

2) Vienna (just on the opposite side of the previous store)

3) Central de la Estilografica (C/ Provença, 247 )

4) El Corte Ingles (Av. Portal de l'Àngel, 19 -21, at the last floor, note that the one in Placa de la Catalunya has not a pen department)

5) Raima (Comtal 27)

Many other papeterie in the city stocks fountain pen, on Passeig de Gracia there is also a Gallery with antique stores, between them there is one with a good selection of vintage pens (I have seen MB, Sheaffer, Parker, etc., but I have not asked the prices).

In my recent two business travels to Barcelona I have bought the following pens:

- Rotring 600 (old type, in the store 1)

- Delta Solaris (in the store 5)

- Sailor Profit (in the store 3)

- Lamy 2000 (in the store 1)

I absolutely recommend a visit to the stores 1 and 3 which have a giant selection of brands.

Price is more or less like in Italy (I know that probably this will not give any useful reference to you).

Ciao

P.S. Have a good holiday

Hi !

"El Corte Ingles" is a megastore with a lot of departments, I recomend you to go to the other stores, there you can ask for the pens that interest you. Remember that is a lot of "Corte Ingles" here in Spain (in Madrid we have maybe 8 stores).

Best regards,

Ps.: One more thing, in Spain a lot of stores are open in this hours: 9-14 and 17-20 but any shop is different. If you want any help send a message and I'll try to help you.

Thank you so much for all the recommendations. I'd bring you all back something from the trip to say thank you, except the AX card is feeling a bit heavy right now! Oh, and Penlover, I may take you up on your offer as the date of our trip nears. We depart mid-October and I'm counting the days.... Whee! :)
