That would be a conversation starter.

I do buy expensive pens, but not clothes!

Too rich (that is, EXPENSIVE) a garment for my blood.  And I'm guessing it only comes in men's sizes... (nd I can't see my husband wearing a shirt like that either, even if it DID come in his size...).

I didn’t click on the link, but now have. Yikes! Yet I think many of us have paid that for a pen. But @inkstainedruth do you never wear any of your husband’s shirts? Or buy men’s clothes? I like the fit of men’s T-Shirts vs women’s, so I get the men’s.

I have occasionally worn his t-shirts (as sleep shirts in the summertime), but that's about it.  I have bought underwear and socks for him, and occasionally gotten him t-shirts as Christmas or birthday presents.  I probably do have some T-shirts which are technically "mens' sizes" but the t-shirt vendor at the big camping event I go to in August, and who have a booth at the event where my husband runs a food booth every spring down in Mississippi, often does do their designs on women's t-shirts, which just fit me better (and I try -- if possible -- to get their latest designs with v-neck t shirts at that).

I think part of the reason I mostly DON'T wear mens' clothing is that women's stuff fits me better.  And partly because when I was little I wore my brother's hand-me down jeans and shirts and shorts (except for school clothes and dresses for church) when my brother outgrew them.

edited for typos

Thank you for sharing this FANTASTIC shirt!

(I can see Mr. Mike Vanness sporting this @ a pen show while Mrs Lisa V is wrapping up bottles for ink for the shoppers....)

I felt as excited as the first tine I saw a customer wearing a COOGI knit sweater in the restaurant I managed for many years.  This was prior to internet access so I did the only thing I knew to do & checked a store that I thought "might" stock this relatively new, then imported sweater & was excited to purchase one!  It cost MORE than this shirt & I never thought twice while charging it on my "store charge;"  I felt grand every time I wore it & eventually purchased other sweaters from them as gifts for my Mother.  She wore them with equal joy & after her death I gave them to a Friend of hers, who continued to enjoys them.

Clothes were a great joy to me for many years of my life & after retirement from the shirt & tie world I then rediscovered this world of pens & ink.  This stage of life finds me dressing for the weather & I no longer am interested in the same things I once was but it doesn't mean I don't still appreciate them.

So thank you for brightening my snow & ice filled day with a pleasant surprise!

How I wish I was 40 years younger & spending some time on a Winter Break to Florida where I could "pop in to M & H" & purchase this shirt with plans of wearing it to a Pen Show or Meeting........
