That’s straight up highway robbery. And it’s without any actual contract or prior acknowledgement and agreement to the fee - I’m curious if it’s enforceable if one decided not to pay.

They send the tariff and processing fee to a collection agency. They have all your contact information on the customs forms.

You bet! It's one of my favorite blues. Iroshizuku Kon-Peki started to look too washed out to me, and after trying several others the Horizon Blue was a perfect upgrade.

I like Kon-Peki ink after a few weeks in the pen, when it has evaporated a bit and darkened. But I've found that almost the same color (and maybe even better for me) is KWZ Azure #5, which is well-saturated and darker out of the box.
